When placing your order on siv-e.co.uk your order may be shipped from different locations in the UK and arrive in different parcels. All orders are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 24® or 48® delivery service. SIV Ltd will update you on all elements of your order to provide you with up to date tracking and confirmation of delivery via Royal Mail.  

UK SHIPPING 

Your item will be carefully packed and dispatched the same day Mon-Fri providing the order is placed before 1400.

Royal Mail Tracked 24® - Includes Saturday deliveries for orders received before 2pm Fri.

To ensure the best delivery service possible we will only ship Royal Mail Tracked 24® or 48® tracked depending on your preference of the two. All orders over £60.00 will automatically be upgraded to Royal Mail next day 24® tracked delivery.

Please be aware orders placed after 2pm Fridays or on UK Bank Holidays will be processed the next working day. You can expect your order to be delivered within 24 hours or within 48 hours of dispatch depending on your delivery selection.

Next day delivery is available on all orders placed before 2:00pm (Mon – Fri), including MOD barrack addresses within the UK.

Free Next day delivery on all orders over £60.00 including Saturday Delivery.
