Conjugated linoleic acid has proven by research to:

-Aid in fat loss. Blankson et al (2000). Conjugated linoleic acid reduces body fat mass in overweight and obese humans. Wingham et al (2008). Efficacy of conjugated linoleic acid for reducing fat mass: a meta-analysis in humans

-Support lean muscle mass. Steck et al (2007). Conjugated linoleic acid supplementation for twelve weeks increases lean body mass in obese humans.

Conjugated Linoleic Acid (CLA) is an essential fatty acid that has been shown to increase metabolic rate, decrease levels of abdominal fat, enhance muscle growth, have anti catabolic properties and help maintain normal cholesterol and triglyceride levels. Diets used to be rich in essential fatty acids such as Omega 3 and CLA. However, over the last few decades, natural levels within the diet have diminished due to changes in farming and the processing of foods. (When combined with a healthy diet and regular training)

Each capsule provides 1000mg CLA rich oil (from safflower oil) providing 800 mg conjugated linoleic acid.

Take 3 capsules with breakfast and 3 with lunch or evening meal. Use for at least 12 weeks for best results.
