Why EAA and not BCAA?

 While branched chain aminos have been shown to increase mTOR that regulates protein synthesis, for muscle growth to occur then all the eight essential amino acids are required and not just the three BCAA’s.

EAA’s better than whey alone

A 2020 study of the Journal of the International Society of Sports Nutrition by Park et al – Anabolic response to essential amino acid plus whey protein composition is greater than whey protein alone in young healthy adults, concluded that a composition of a balanced EAA formulation combined with whey protein is highly anabolic as compared to a whey protein-based recovery product and that response is dose dependent.

For maximum protein synthesis and therefore gains in lean muscle use 1 serving of EAA + prior or during weight training and then recover with PAS Whey or RGF-1.
